This grab bag of meats helps us balance everything that comes off of an animal to ensure nothing goes to waste. We won't send you bones, organs or fat... unless you ask for it.
- Shelf life: Seven days (three days for bone-in cuts) in the fridge or up to one year frozen
- Let thaw in the refrigerator. For smaller pieces of meat, less than 1 lb, if you transfer to the fridge it should be ready for dinner. For larger cuts, allow at least 24 hours, sometimes more
