Grass-fed, grain-finished and locally-sourced Pennsylvania beef.

Go big or go home. A porterhouse steak features the NY strip and tenderloin at it's largest. An icon cut of meat to say the least. Aged at least 30 days and up to 75 days.

The age on these steaks means that there will most likely be a bit of funk on the meat when you take it out of the bag. This is totally normal and it's safe to eat. Pat it dry with a towel and let it sit out in the air for a few minutes to let the smell dissipate. Aged beef, like aged cheeses and wines will have a funkiness that will scare some off, but the bravehearted will reap rewards!
