This grab bag of steaks will delight the steak lover. We focused on the thin steaks. These are steaks that are usually thin, best for marinating and grilling. They are well known, but also there aren't many of these steaks on an animal.
Did you know that there is only one hanger steak on an animal and only four skirts!
- ~8 lbs total
- Shelf life: Seven days (three days for bone-in cuts) in the fridge or up to one year frozen
- Let thaw in the refrigerator. For smaller pieces of meat, less than 1 lb, if you transfer to the fridge it should be ready for dinner. For larger cuts, allow at least 24 hours, sometimes more
