FROM THE CHEF: One of the things we love most about Kalbi Style short ribs is that they’re ideal for home chefs who want a classic “hot and fast” cooking method, but they also take to a 24-hour marinade. Sort of a choose your own adventure cut. For a fool-proof recipe, we highly recommend Korean Beef Bulgogi.
