Our Grass-fed, grain-finished, Pennsylvania beef is blended with ugly but delicious Pennsylvania-grown mushrooms that retailers won’t take. These siders come fully cooked and ready to please!

FROM THE CHEF: These sliders make amazing appetizers, or eat a few for a whole meal. They're super fun, extremely easy, and sustainable. Feel free to cook them on the stove or the grill, and serve them with your favorite condiments on a toasted slider-sized bun or roll. 

Stovetop: Preheat skillet over medium heat with 1/3 cup of water. Place sliders in a skillet and add a pinch of salt. Heat on each side for approximately 3-4 minutes from frozen, 1.5-2 minutes from thawed.

Grill: Heat a gas grill to high or heat coals in a charcoal grill until they glow bright orange and ash over. Brush the grill with oil. Grill sliders on one side for approximately 2 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 1 minute.

BUTCHER’S LESSON: These sliders are made with ground beef. Ground beef can come from just about anywhere on a cow making it the most sustainable type of beef because it helps us use all the meat on an animal.

RAISED RESPONSIBLY: Like all of our meat, this comes from farmers who raise their animals with respect. They follow strict animal-welfare guidelines that we developed in partnership with the ASPCA. These farmers work hard every day and in return, we take care of them by paying fair and consistent prices for their animals. We think that makes sense.
