Chip Steak Recipe
Please don't dip this in queso or salsa. Well, at least not until you cook it. To make chip steak we take beef shoulders (chucks) and slice them thin so that they cook very quickly. Marinate and season to your liking and toss these in your cooking medium of choice, preferably a nicely seasoned cast iron or skillet. Or, if you have a plancha for whatever reason, use that - also, invite me over for dinner. With the finished product, make some tacos, Philly cheesesteaks, chopped cheese, bulgogi, ramen, literally anything to which you can add beef. A dream of a product.
