We believe in doing things differently here at Happy Valley. Every single cut of beef we offer comes directly from a handful of small-scale family farms in Pennsylvania. These are farms we’ve visited many times, and farmers we talk to on the daily (check ‘em out here). For years they’ve been raising their animals on pasture and in accordance with our high animal welfare standards to produce incredible quality beef
For every animal, there’s over 200 lbs of ground beef made while there’s just 10 lbs of filet mignon and only 1 lb of that coveted hanger steak. Small farmers need to move ground beef otherwise they can't justify selling more steaks and harvesting more animals. If they can't bring in more animals, they can't survive.
So help a farmer, eat a burger.
